Turkmenistan is planning to participate in the "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2024" International Economic Forum. This year, the forum will be held in Kazan from May 14-19, 2024. The primary objective of this forum is to enhance trade, economic, scientific, technical, social, and cultural relations between the regions of Russia, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation countries, and other partner countries.

The annual forum brings together high-level guests from many countries, along with representatives of the business community of Russia and Muslim countries, providing new opportunities for joint projects at the interregional and interstate levels. Many significant events are held within the framework of the forum such as a meeting of the Strategic Vision Group "Russia - Islamic World," the International Exhibition of Economic, Scientific, and Technological Cooperation Russia Halal Expo, the International Trade Fair Kazan Halal Market, and the Forum of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

During the 2024 visit of the Turkmen delegation, an exhibition site for Turkmenistan products will be established, official and business meetings will be held, and important agreements will be concluded.
