CEO of Döwletli Nesibe HJ proposes key points for national strategy for integrating education with industry

Ashgabat, Turkmenistan — Haknazar Haljanov, CEO of Döwletli Nesibe HJ, recently addressed an audience at the Turkmen State Economics and Management Institute (TSEMI), presenting a proposal to develop national strategies that bridge education and industrial production. His remarks were part of a series of discussions, following the recent mejlis of Halk Maslahaty held on September 24, 2024, which emphasized the need for stronger synergies between education and industry in Turkmenistan.

Haljanov's proposal, which focuses on creating cohesive methodologies and approaches to better link academic programs with industrial needs, aims to enhance the practical and economic value of education. He advocated for policies that would integrate curriculum development with the skills required in Turkmenistan's expanding industrial sectors.

The CEO first spoke at a conference organized by the Information Systems department within the Faculty of Management, underscoring the role of technology and data systems in fostering industry-ready skills. He later appeared at the Economics Faculty, where he further outlined the economic advantages of aligning educational goals with the requirements of the industrial sector.

The audience included students, their parents, and representatives from various economic, banking, trade, and social organizations, illustrating the broad interest and support for initiatives that promise to improve career readiness among Turkmen students.
