On Tuesday, in the city of Arkadag,  at the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba   Annaev. The forum was called "Dialogue is Guarantee of Peace. " The Turkmenistan Government worked with the UN Resident Coordinator in Turkmenistan's Office and the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia to plan and host the event.

The goal of this forum is to help people around the world resolve conflicts and bring them together by talking peacefully. We do this by using polite and respectful methods.

The parties agreed to the suggestion made by Turkmenistan to have regular meetings where people from different cultures can talk and understand each other better. This will give young people a place to create peace and trust.

Because of the event, a paper called a Memorandum was signed to begin a Youth Dialogue between countries in Central Asia. The people at the Youth Forum all agreed on something called an appeal. This means that they think talking to each other and listening is important for making sure there is peace.
