New modern residential buildings have been opened in Turkmenabat, as reported by Agamyrat Soltanov in "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The private enterprise "Nusaý ýollary" has constructed two types of houses, one with 2 rooms (102.99 square meters) and another with 3 rooms (124.8 square meters), both characterized by high-quality construction and convenient location of the premises. The houses have rooms for guests, children, and recreation, as well as a kitchen equipped with the latest appliances.

At the opening ceremony, talented singers, musicians, and dance groups performed. The event was attended by deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, representatives of the younger generation, public organizations, and newlyweds celebrating their wedding festivities.
