The special thing is that the opening is happening during the month of Oraza, and it goes along with the cultural events for when Anev is named as the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2024. The city of Anev has been getting a lot of attention from scientists around the world for hundreds of years. In 2024, it's been named the cultural capital of the Turkic world. To celebrate this, there will be a series of special events. The new mosque in Anev shows a mix of old and new architecture, which shows our dedication to our sacred duties.

The religious building is 6 hectares big and can hold up to 500 people for prayer at the same time. Each of the four towers is 50 meters tall and the dome is 30 meters tall. The 24 windows at the bottom of the dome represent the hours in a day and the height of the dome represents the length of a month. The lights in the mosque and charity room for 500 people look like ears of wheat. The patterns under the dome and on the walls also look like ears of wheat. This indicates that Anev is the birthplace of wheat «ak bugdaý» and the birthplace of agricultural culture, noted Haji Arkadag.
