Today, an integral part of the work of our Esteemed President on the science and education system is a proof that great attention is paid to the young generation of the country and its education. 

Improving the quality of our lecture, practical and laboratory courses in this field, relevant modern textbooks and manuals  as well as the ability to effectively use the Internet to obtain various new information related to agriculture, will enable our students to conduct local scientific work, to study the agricultural science of the developed countries of the world, closely support the exchange of experience with them. 

From this point of view, holding in our university the science day every Saturday has became a tradition.  The theme of the last day of science was ferule plant. Businessmen who participated in the scientific consultation, professors and students of our higher education school and other guests shared their thoughts on this unique plant and its scientific study.  According to the information of speakers at the meeting, more than 170 species of the ferule plant are known on earth, and 52 of them are found in our country.  Adapted to dehydration, the stem and juice of this plant are used medicinally and nutritionally.  In particular, the juice of the mountain ferule is scarce and expensive.  Ferule juice has the 1^st, 2^nd and  3^rd quality, and the 1^st quality product can be obtained from Koytendag and Surhanderya species found in the eastern Koytendag regions of the country.  A total of 30,000 ferule plants can be grown on each hectare of land.  After planting, this plant does not require water, the seeds are sown in autumn, and the crop is harvested in April and May.  In countries such as India, Pakistan, and China, this plant appears as food, and its medicinal properties are widely used by our people to treat gastrointestinal and other diseases.
