On October 11, 2023 within the framework of the international exhibition «Healthcare, education and sports in the Renaissance era of a new era of a powerful state» held in Ashgabat, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Astrakhan Tatishchev State University. The signing of this Memorandum will make a significant contribution to the strengthening of cultural and humanitarian relations between the two countries.

Within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the higher educational institutions of the Turkmenistan and Russian Federation, further cooperation will be carried out in such areas as the organization of educational seminars, scientific and practical consultations and research, mutual invitations to participate in academic events, exchange of articles, teaching aids and educational programs. The signing of this Document will intensify relations between teachers and students of these higher educational institutions of the two friendly countries.
