Turkmenistan has approved the Regulations on state accreditation of educational activities to introduce modern models for assessing the quality of education, based on international experience, into the national education system. It was developed by the Law of Turkmenistan «On Education», which includes management of the education system by generally accepted international standards and practices as one of the principles of state policy in the field of education.

Turkmenistan has developed state educational standards for all levels of education. They are mandatory for all types and types of educational institutions, regardless of their form of ownership, as well as other forms of education. State educational standards are the basis for an objective assessment of the training and qualifications of graduates, regardless of the form of education.

In the book «Paýhas çeşmesi» («The Source of Wisdom»), published by the efforts of our Hero Arkadag, saying: «Who knows many languages will travel the world» plays a great role. Following the requirements of the times, the transfer of information to the digital system, the use of language rooms, multimedia technology, and the use of electron libraries help Turkmen youth to master foreign languages.

In the modern historical period, scientific development is of great importance in strengthening the technical and economic power of the country, improving the cultural level and material well-being of the people, and raising its quality to new heights. In our country, all the necessary conditions for the education and training of young people are created. The adoption of corresponding laws in this regard has created a reliable legal framework for science in our country. Among the main points of view of the development of the scientific system of our country, scientific competitions are also of great importance.

At present, attracting young people to scientific competitions helps to strengthen the material basis of research institutions, to join the international scientific community, and to carry out worthy work on spreading our national scientific values to the world. Reforms and achievements carried out in all spheres of our country, including education, guarantee that the future of our Motherland will be brighter and will lead our country to new heights of development.
