The December 2025 issue of the “Arkadagly Ýaşlar” electronic journal, published under the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, has been delivered to readers. About this report, Turkmenistan: Golden Age.

The opening pages feature an extensive article titled “A New Work – A Noble Gift for Youth,” highlighting the significance of the publication of the new book by the President of Turkmenistan, “The Neutrality of Turkmenistan: A Bright Path of Peace and Trust.” The issue also presents articles dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, including coverage of the international forum held in Ashgabat, the content of the Ashgabat Declaration, and the broad international support for Turkmenistan’s peace initiatives.

Special attention is given to the role of women in society. The article “International Dialogue for Gender Equality” focuses on an international conference held in the Avaza National Tourist Zone.

The journal also includes the article “A Glorious Year with a Noble Steed and Great Aspirations,” reflecting the pride of Turkmen youth in the slogan of the coming year. The importance of the meeting organized by the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, summarizing the results of 2025, is highlighted in the article “Peace Is the Banner of Life.”

In addition, the issue features analytical materials on the legal foundations of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, articles about young people awarded state honors, their speeches, and information about the winner of the “Bright Star of the Year” contest for 2025.
